Mental Health

I feel like I have always loved expressing myself through writing. I keep many old journals, dream diaries, and notes that I look back at later and surprise myself with how well I express my feelings and visions on paper.

I love inspiring people and over the years I've naturally became a motivational advocate for people through social media.

Mental Health is a serious issue and its one that has effected many people close to me and effects most people in America. Did you know the suicide rate keeps going up each year? I sure have noticed.

I dedicate this page to the three people I've lost due to suicide. While they were not in my day-to-day lives It hurt me very much and I saw what it did to those around me, including some of my best friends, my very best friend who lost her boyfriend. 

Depression is something we have to talk about and take serious. I know many depressed people that love to joke about it, but at the end of the day are we dealing with it correctly?
